Principal

Principals are responsible for all aspects of small to medium size client engagements.

Responsibilities include:

• developing client proposals
• developing project plans and determining resource requirements
• managing project team(s)
• managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction
• managing financial aspects of projects
• assessing performance of team members

The ideal candidate has seven to ten years experience, preferably at a major consulting firm, software development company, or large IT organization. Extensive project management experience as well as experience in the Knowledge Management, Human Capital Management, or Supply Chain Management is desired.
