Associate Principal

Associate Principals lead a team through a specific phase of an engagement, such as Strategy Development, Process Redesign, or System Implementation.

Specific responsibilities include:

• directing and assisting Consultants to complete client deliverables
• ensuring quality of client deliverables
• analyzing and redesigning business processes
• identifying and assisting in the resolution of issues
• assisting in proposal development

The ideal candidate has four to six years experience, preferably with a major consulting firm, software development company or large IT organization. Practical experience in Knowledge Management, Human Capital Management, or Supply Chain Management is desired.
